Scope Of Work
This commercial investment brokerage space was built-out on the 12th floor of the Plaza building in downtown Orlando. It was developed to meet an industrial aesthetic, including exposed ceilings, sealed concrete, and bare columns, to enhance the industrial feel of the complete suite.
