Scope Of Work
This project involved the complete demolition of an existing 16,000 square foot Class “A” office space for the construction of new corporate offices for a local community banking firm. Completed in nine weeks, this project included installation of high-grade ceramic tile flooring combined with decorative hard ceiling elements in the lobby areas. It also included new custom millwork with granite work surfaces, use of DIRTT wall systems in select administrative areas, and a complete upgrade of the HVAC system controls linked to the building’s energy management system.
