Scope Of Work
This 102,000 square foot tilt-wall facility was built to accommodate AA Metals’ growing need for functional space in the Central Florida market. AA Metals is an importer and wholesaler of many types of coiled and flat stock metals, and the building’s design includes drive-thru bays for semi tractor-trailers, overhead cranes for off-loading and loading steel products, and extensive areas for corporate offices and call center support.
