Elfrink Custom Construction of Oviedo, FL provided General Contracting services for my company, Top Shelf Car Wash, LLC to construct a car wash on 3.5 acres of commercial property in 2010 in Deltona, FL. I chose Chris Elfrink and his company after visiting several projects he had built in the Central Florida area including several Starbucks restaurants. Their praise for Chris and his associates was genuine and unanimous. I soon experienced why.
I have been in the car wash business 25 years and during that period I have built 8 facilities. This is the first relationship with a contractor that I have actually enjoyed. My expectations for performance are high. Chris and his crew exceeded them. He clearly understands the construction process, all trades involved, and knows how to successfully schedule and complete jobs. Our job was budgeted for 140 days and was completed on time.
I subsequently recommended Chris to other car wash developers and I know of at least 2 jobs that he did for them. They too, were very pleased with his performance. Perhaps my confidence in Chris can best be demonstrated by saying that he will build my next car wash.
