Scope Of Work
This Spanish pueblo style building was a negotiated project. It has a stucco finish with rounded corners and parapets to compliment the surrounding neighborhood. The building is set back from Bell Road, leveraging the two-story design and the undulating parapets to increase visibility. The entire self-storage facility is air-conditioned and has an onsite Apartment. The size of the site is 3.1 Acres. The project was completed on-time and on-budget.
