Scope Of Work
The Tides is a seven-story, 250,000 sq ft condo building with 54 high-end residential units that overlook the Cooper River with floor-to-ceiling windows. Units range from one to three bedrooms and are as large as 2,500 sq ft, with 9- and 10-foot ceilings. With only eight units per floor and six on the top floor, each unit has its own corridor, ensuring enhanced privacy.
Luxury building amenities include a living room with a fireplace and a full kitchen, a concierge desk, a fitness center, a pool, a fire pit, and a terrace.
