1010 Midtown is a 1 million sq ft retail and residential development located on approximately 2 acres. With 38,000 sq ft of street-level retail featuring 40-foot facades, it is designed for flagship national retailers. This development is part of the larger 12th & Midtown development that also includes 1075 Peachtree.
The residential portion of the building is 35 stories and has 441 high-end condominium units. Included as part of the facility is a 270,270 sq ft parking deck with an 810-car capacity.
