Scope Of Work
Sterling Professional Group was happy to be selected for the phase four of renovations to the UTC (Unified Technologies Center) building of Cuyahoga Community College, or Tri-C. We worked with DLZ Arhitecture, Inc. as general contractor on this renovation project.
Located adjacent to Tri-C's Metro campus on Woodland Avenue, the Manufacturing Technology Center (MTC) (Formally, Unified Technologies Center (UTC)) is one of the largest technology training facilities in the country. The MTC houses the WCED (Workforce, Community and Economic Development). Programs located at the UTC include:
