Scope Of Work
The Carté Hotel in San Diego will feature 240 rooms, a 6,000 SF event space, full service restaurant, rooftop bar, coffee shop and gym. The hotel is being designed to obtain Gold certification. Each guest room will be equipped with in room fitness equipment and eco-conscious finishes that contribute to the overall well being of the guest.
