A five story 240 unit wood framed apartment building, (292,410 sf) built around an existing five-story concrete parking garage. New construction includes a club room, fitness room, pool, hot tub and barbeque . The west wall of the building is within 40 feet of Sparks Marina Lake, a naturally occurring aquifer.
