Scope Of Work
This urban, 10-story, 234,000 SF hotel was built a zero lot line less than one acre. The site complexity and close proximity of neighboring properties necessitated that davisREED underpin the foundations of the adjacent buildings. No permanent staging areas were available, so the team used a 15-story tower crane to shift operations as space was needed.
