Scope Of Work
Pendry San Diego, a 317- room hotel project in the Gaslamp Quarter. The hotel is going up on a site bordered by Fifth and Sixth avenues, and J Street. The design includes a rooftop pool, six restaurants, a lounge, beer hall, spa, fitness room, a basement social club and 22,000 square feet of meeting space.
