Scope Of Work
The W Atlanta Downtown Hotel and Residences comprises 460,000 sq. ft. with 15 levels of hotel, 12 levels of condominiums and one amenities level. The building includes 237 guestrooms and 76 condo units.
Guests arrive to a custom lobby with hand carved wood walls, ceiling-to-floor water fountain (over 20’), separate millwork “pods” in lieu of a traditional front desk, lobby bar composed of torched Canadian hardwood, and a monumental spiral stairway entrance to a 2nd floor destination bar.
