Scope Of Work
This business was in operations for over 30 years. FSS prepared a plan for RCRA closure of the site. Over saw the waste removal of the material and decontamination of site. Worked closely with the waste removal company, fiduciaries and attorneys in communicating the plans of closure, preparing the property for marketing. Completed Phase 1 and Phase 2 for the facility.
