Annmarie Drugonis's Bio
Annmarie Drugonis has been promoted to Executive Vice President, based on her 25 years of experience in the environmental field and work as Senior Environmental Engineer within Facility Support Services. She holds a degree in Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University and has project experience to include conducting Facility Audits for ISO 14001 Environmental Management and OSHAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety,OSHA Authorized Construction Trainer, working with permit wastewater discharges, discharge monitoring reports, air emissions evaluations, wetland surveys, stormwater permits and programs, Title V permits , PSD and NSPDS permits, Part A & B permitting, risk management plan development (RMP), and process safety management design (PSM). Other projects include SPCC plan development, Emergency Response compliance, Tier II/TRI/ Biennial reporting, RCRA compliance including submittal of exported waste reports, HACCP, Food Safety, FSMA, Truck to Truck DOT compliance, NOIE, Benzene NESHAP, RICE NESHAP, and PCB Annual Log reports to name a few. Annmarie has also worked within a variety of industries including manufacturing, plating, textile, transfer storage disposal facilities (TSDFs), food safety, as well as the transportation sector. She is also active in public service elected to the position of Board of Selectman in her hometown as well as having direct involvement as as chairwoman on both the Local Emergency Planning Committee Board (LEPC) and Department of Public Works and co-chair on the Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA) committee.

Mr. Robison is a Connecticut Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP), with over 25 years of experience. Mr. Robison attended the University of Connecticut in Storrs (B.S. in Biological Sciences, 1992) and has extensive background with Site Assessments and Remediation throughout Connecticut and has served as the primary investigator for numerous commercial, industrial and municipal properties. Properties have included City of New Haven properties (former Bigelow Boiler) that are part of their MDP (Municipal Development Plan), Service Stations for a Major Gasoline Retailer, and Pfizer/NUWC New London Redevelopment. Sites have ranged from small (<1-acre) properties with limited environmental impacts to large industrial facilities that required extensive remediation of soil and groundwater. His licensing and certifications beyond standard HazWoper training include Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC), Underground Tanks Storage (UST) Class A & B Operator, and FEMA training in 12 different areas of recognition and response topics ranging from chemical hazards to security threats. Mike DiFabio's Bio
Mr. DiFabio’s hazardous building materials inspections, sampling and reporting experiences for Asbestos, Lead, PCBs and other hazardous materials includes work within K-12 schools (AHERA projects), colleges/universities, office buildings, residential and commercial projects. Mr. DiFabio has an Earth Science Bachelors’ Degree from Southern University and is Licensed as an Asbestos Project Designer, Asbestos Inspector/Management Planner, and Asbestos Project Monitor within Connecticut. He has conducted indoor air quality investigations, mold surveys, and a variety of air, water, and soil contaminant testing. His concentration in Environmental and Geological studies within his Bachelors’ degree has also proven beneficial in assisting with Phase II ESA soil borings and groundwater well installation and Phase III ESAs groundwater surveying and sampling projects.
