Scope Of Work
Secure permits.
Excavate, Form & Pour (8) Main fueling canopy and (2) Kerosene canopy footings.
Excavate UST tank bed, supply and install filter fabric in tank excavation; set (7) FRP tanks and anchor.
Provide and place pea gravel backfill material complete tank excavation. Includes (2) monitoring points.
Supply & Install (7) Fiberglass tank sumps with (1) STP each except for center Super Unleaded tank. Containment only.
Supply & Install (7) Defender Series grade level spill buckets with Defender Series overfill prevention valves. Includes 18” HDPE culvert.
Supply & Install (7) Vent risers with extractor tee’s and vapor recover poppet adaptor & cap. Includes 18” HDPE culvert and 18” FRC Manway.
Supply & Install (7) 4” probe risers with 18” HDPE culvert and 18” FRC manway.
Supply & Install (7) 4” Interstitial risers with 18” HDPE culvert and 18” FRC manway.
Supply and install (9) dispenser sumps with rigid entry boots and APT fittings below impact valve.
Pipe (7) 2” fiberglass vent lines to green area.
Pipe 1.75” APT Tee’d from Non-Oxy 87 STP to (2) banks of (4) dispensers
Pipe 1.75” APT Tee’d from Non-Oxy 91 STP to (2) banks of (4) dispensers
Pipe 1.75” APT Tee’d from Diesel STP to first and last dispenser in each bank of (4) dispensers.
Pipe 1.75” APT Tee’d from Kerosene STP to (1) dispensers by tank pad.
Pipe 1st Super Unleaded 87 STP to (1) one row of (4) dispensers.
Pipe 3rd Super Unleaded 87 STP to other row of (4) dispensers.
Join all (3) Super Unleaded Tanks together at UST containment via manifolding.
Backfill remaining UST tank farm area and trenches to dispensers.
Set (9) 3x6 islands, (1) 3x16 island, (7) 42” STP Manways, (14) 18” Manways, (7) 12” interstice manways.
Supply (16) SS U-shaped Bumpers and (2) SS pipe bumpers. Concrete contractor to install.
Concrete is poured and finished by others.
Supply and install gas canopy and kerosene canopy
After concrete and electrical are completed, we will set dispensers and place into service.
Install tank gauge system and sensors.
Install passport system.
Train site personnel on proper operation of equipment.
