Scope Of Work
Secure permits.
Excavate for gas tanks and diesel tanks per drawing {15k, (2) 8k, (1) 6k}. Set tanks in place and backfill to grade.
Trench from tank location to building for electrical runs and from tank basins to gas and diesel islands for product piping runs. Install (9) canopy footing.
Pipe and install (4) submersible pumps, pipe (4) spill containment manholes, (4) probe risers, (4) vent lines, (2) VR lines, (3) bulk risers for diesel and UL pump outs.
Install (4) tank sumps and (7) dispenser sumps. Pipe 1.75” doublewall flex pipe for UL and 1.5” for diesel and premium lines.
Run conduit and pull wire for (4) sub pumps, (4) tank probes, (4) interstitial sensors, (4) line leak kits, (11) universal sump sensors, (7) dispensers, (24) canopy lights, fascia lighting, intercom system to dispensers. Future empty conduit to canopy.
Pour 50'x68'x6" thick fueling pad for gas islands and 50'x24'x8" thick fueling pad for diesel islands, pour (6) island forms, pour 6” concrete tank pads for gas and diesel tanks.
Erect gas canopy and install LED canopy lights.
Install (7) dispensers, relocate (2) Passport registers, program dispensers and Passport, test system and place in service. Install EVO tank gauge, probes and sensors – program and start up.
