Scope Of Work

Norton Commons has been one of the premier Louisville developments over the past decade.  Even when nobody was building houses after the great recession, Norton Commons was still moving along at a brisk pace.  Norton Commons has had such success because it breaks the mold of the typical suburban subdivision.  The vision behind this was to provide residents with an environment in which they could live, work and play. 

Norton Commons has followed this vision by providing its residents with various construction projects, including three schools, 60 businesses, two pools, a YMCA, apartments, seven parks and a church. Even with all of this already built, the development is still continuing to grow daily. Advance Ready Mix has been providing quality ready-mix concrete to this development since the very beginning. While most of the concrete poured there is fairly basic, we have been a part of multiple insulating concrete form (ICF) homes and a business, one of which (CMTA office building) serves as a laboratory to demonstrate the functionality and cost effectiveness of ICFs and other green technologies
