Scope Of Work
This project consists of a new two story addition, and the rehabilitation of an existing Fire Station, Building 1248. The work was accomplished in two phases. Phase 1: Complete building addition including all site and utility work. Phase 2: modifications and rehabilitation to the existing building including exterior work and site work not included in Phase 1.
All work was performed while the Station was active.
