Project contains the following work scopes: General Construction, Mechanical Systems Complete, and Electrical Systems Complete. Project consists of interior build-out of 12,000 +/- SF within the fourth floor of Integrated Tech. Work includes, but is not limited to: interior selective demolition, masonry, metals, carpentry, openings, aluminum framed systems, gypsum assemblies, flooring, acoustical treatments, painting & wall coverings, specialties, operable partitions plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, building automation, and electrical.
