Scope Of Work

Phase 1 of the Project contains the following work scopes: Demolition, General Trades, Elevator, Mechanical, Fire Protection, Building Automation Systems, and Electrical.  Project consists of Phase 1 renovations and addition to the existing Coleman Center building.  Work includes, but is not limited to; interior and exterior demolition, site work, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, metals, carpentry, thermal protection, openings, aluminum framed systems, gypsum assemblies, flooring, acoustical ceilings, painting, specialties, elevator, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, building automation, and electrical.

Phase 2 of the Project contains the following work scopes: Masonry, General Construction, Plumbing & HVAC Piping, HVAC Ventilation, and Electrical. Project consists of Phase 2 renovations and addition to the existing Coleman Center building. Work includes, but is not limited to: interior and exterior demolition, site work, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, metals, carpentry, roofing (3rd party designer), thermal & moisture protection, openings, aluminum framed systems, gypsum assemblies, flooring, acoustical treatments, painting & wall coverings, specialties, furnishings, elevator, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, building automation, and electrical.

Phase 2B of the Project consists of demolition and removal of the Annex to the southeast of Coleman Building.  Work shall include but not be limited to; removal of structures, tunnels, foundations, building systems and equipment, filling excavations, and disconnection and removal of all utilities as indicated.  All asbestos abatement has been completed.  New site work to include permeable asphalt paving, site lighting, new sidewalks, filtration ponds and landscaping.
