Scope Of Work

Richland Center School District Building Maintenance, Improvements, Site Safety, and Security at the High School, Middle School, three Elementary Schools and Rockbridge.  Projects will consist of remodeling office space to create more secure entries and improved health rooms at the High School, District Office, Middle School and Lincoln Elementary.  At Jefferson and Dadna Elementary Schools, the projects will include additions and remodeling to create secure entries and functional health spaces.  Building maintenance and improvements projects to consist of roof replacements and upgrades, track replacement, exterior site work, electrical, phone, PA and clock system upgrades across the district
