Scope Of Work
The Project consists of a two story addition to the existing High School comprised of approximately 20,000 square feet. The primary functions consist of an auxiliary gymnasium and locker rooms on the lower level with a fitness room and gym mezzanine on the upper level. Limited renovation work to tie in the addition to the existing building is also to be performed under this contract. Construction includes site excavation and grading, concrete, masonry, bar joist, metal deck, EPDM roofing, wood gym floor, forced air HVAC, expansion of geothermal system, plumbing and electrical systems.
