Scope Of Work
Adding two additional decks to a 4 story parking ramp. Work includes, but is not limited to precast wall panels, cast in place concrete decks, structural steel, sealing all 6 concrete deck levels, extension of stair towers with steel stairs, extension of existing elevator, installation of new elevator in new shaft, aluminum storefront, EPDM roofing, related HVAC and electrical systems.
Bidding is being handling by Quest.
