K&L Inspection Service, Inc.

For the past 35 years founder and owner Keith D. David has been providing the construction industry with expert construction services. He began his career as a general contractor in 1978 and in 1998 he became certified by the State of California to provide inspection and consulting services for school construction, hospital construction, and ADA related issues.

Since 1998 K&L Inspection Service, Inc. has provided thorough and expert inspection and consulting for healthcare facilities, school districts, and private clients. Specializing in publicly funded projects, K&L has performed thousands of inspections throughout California since the firm was opened. K&L is one of a small number of local certified inspectors qualified to perform inspections on hospitals and schools.

In 2012 Keith decided to combine his inspection services, consulting services, and general contracting services into one organization thus the creation of K&L Inspection Service, Inc.
