Our Story
PDG Construction Services provides general contracting and construction management services throughout Oregon, Washington, and soon Idaho. We began as the construction arm of Persimmon Development Group, Inc., established in 1993 to build out the Persimmon Country Club Community.
The owners and key management personnel of PDG have decades of commercial and industrial construction experience in a variety of arenas. We have performed construction management and general contracting services for numerous community development projects including extensive infrastructure design and construction, golf course, and related facilities, high-end custom and multi-family housing, as well as mixed use, recreational and commercial facilities.
Over seven years ago, PDG expanded into the Senior Housing market by building the 3rd phase of an existing senior housing facility, Courtyard Fountains, located in Gresham, OR. Since then we have completed 30+ renovation, conversion, and remodel projects in operating facilities for assisted living, residential care and rehabilitation facilities, memory care and senior independent living in multiple Oregon and Washington locations.
