Our 48 hour initial response time and in-house product distribution center ensures that your service needs will be taken care of in a timely and professional manner using the highest quality workmanship and materials.  We strive to build lasting relationships with builders, property managers and self-managed multi-housing associations – large and small. Through our work in the Twin Cities and surrounding area for over 70 years, we understand the commitment to prompt service, quality workmanship, and communication are key to sustaining these relationships.

Large Job Estimating Department

Minnesota Exteriors Commercial has an experienced team which understands the unique challenges that large renovation projects or catastrophic storm events present from beginning to end. For large-scale construction projects, our experts help put together a detailed scope of work and estimate in a timely manner so management and completion will get done right. For storm repair and response, our team can help guide you through the insurance claim process from the initial insurance adjustment to final completion, ensuring that you are getting a fair settlement and the highest quality materials and workmanship.
