President Michal Allen is a graduate of the California University of Pennsylvania, Michael Allen has spent his career building properties nationwide. Michael’s experience with construction in the tri-state area has been an integral part of the current real estate surge in this area.

Michael’s connections in the tri-state area have allowed him to develop close partnerships with developers, owners and contractors throughout the region, as well throughout the eastern corridor of the United States. He uses these close working relations to develop new properties in the most efficient, cost-effective and timely fashion.

Michael Allen serves as president and managing member of Accelerated Construction Services along with other entities such as Accelerated Fire and Security(additional entities to be announced in near future), building projects throughout the region from Accelerated’s headquarters in Morgantown, WV.
