Scope Of Work
Rehabbed Cairnway Professional Building in Katy, TX. Located at 16125 Cairnway, Katy, TX. This building consisted of 20,000 sq. ft. of medical offices and was flooded with 3 ft. of water by Hurricane Harvey.
The building housed:
Six Dental Offices
One Home Care Nursing Office
One Veterinary office
Due to the devastation in the area and demand of materials in the local area, all materials had to be shipped from Dallas, TX. to Katy, TX. For a timely completion, hiring individuals with trailers to deliver the materials on a short term notice were employed. All subs were from Dallas, TX.
I worked with all owners to get color and finish requirements, order the materials and have them shipped and installed. I coordinated and helped schedule equipment suppliers for the installation of their equipment and completed the total rehab in less than 5 months.
