Property Description
Completed a phased, 7,000 sq. ft. project at St. Luke's involving the Hospital's Postpartum Facility. Located on the third floor of St. Luke's existing Allentown hospital on Hamilton Street, the Postpartum area now has 13 new patient rooms with private baths, as well as associated support space, such as a nursing station, office, storage, reception area and more.
In addition, completed a 2,500 sq. ft. fit-out of the Administration and Education Center, featuring a large conference room and executive offices for the hospital.
