Scope Of Work
Detroit Lions Pro Shop, located within the Ford Field (Detroit, Michigan) is a renovation of an existing retail space inside the first-story brick and concrete structure building located within the new Ford Field Arena Complex. This project is in conjunction with Levy Restaurants and Chute Gerdeman to re-brand and renovate the existing retail space.
Abbot Studios performed, as part of the Program of Requirements (PoR), a comprehensive survey / field investigation of the existing building in order to evaluate the building condition in relation to the project scope described above, and in relation to the project budget. The project scope was evaluated, prioritized, and defined / redefined to align with available project funds. Evaluation of the accelerated project construction schedule was also a part of the POR stage.
The renovated pro shop included all new retail sales and display fixtures, lighting, signage, customizable jersey stations, and sales stations.
