This company restored my faith in contract workers. It is so hard to come by a reliable contractor who isn't going to try and cheat you. Samuel is a great worker and doesnt stop until the job is done. They actually leave clean up after themselves rather then most people leave trash and all sorts of junk when they're done. Very, very high marks for their fast response, whether email, text or calls. They are absolutely great to work with, always were on time, finished on schedule and cleaned up. I only had one reference for Restoration Co, a good one and after meeting with the owner a few times, no pressure, I felt good about hiring him. As for the cost my gut feeling is that it was high but as I have never had a need to get this work done maybe that’s what the going rate is and I did have other estimates. This was the first of many projects Restoration Co completed for me.

My experience with Barela Restoration exceeded expectations. The team was professional, punctual, detailed and diligent. They always showed up on time, their work meticulous. They took the time needed to do the job correctly and respected my property as if it were their own. At the end of each day, they thoroughly cleaned the area and would communicate with me on status and progress. The project required carpentry to replace wood rot along roof line and decorative faux beams using Hardie-board with stunning results. They power washed, caulked, sanded where needed and painted three exterior colors. Throughout the process they protected brick, windows, doors and walkways. The house looks exquisite, and the lines are clean. I recommend Barela Restoration without any hesitation.
