Scope Of Work
Built between a hospital and a school, Mill Park had to go up without disturbing the ongoing function of the surrounding buildings.
And as a Skilled Nursing Facility, the structure was subject to not only the strict building codes of the City of Portland, but an even more stringent set of regulations for SNF facilities. Erwin Construction has the experience to deftly navigate all of these obstacles and keep the project in compliance.
The 66-bed facility was built in partnership with the Marquis Group.
