We had a tricky install that they accommodated beautifully. I enjoyed not having to "babysit" the install process and being able to trust that it was being handled safely and professionally. I would recommend that they improve their cost estimate layout. We just received an email with the amount. But it did not include any breakdown of the total costs. I think the proposal/estimate should be more formal on a document with line items and total estimated costs. Otherwise, all of the work was good.
