Main scope of work included:
Complete site work, including the demolition of two houses
Concrete footers & floor
Masonry (brick) exterior
Complete interiors: Wood stud installation, drywall installation, drywall taping and finishing, acoustical ceilings, paint, door & hardware installation, carpet & tile flooring.
Stained glass window installation
HVAC, plumbing & electrical systems
Fire protection
JCI’s project team worked very closely with the church throughout the construction process to ensure that all budgeting and scheduling goals were met.
We were able to deliver this project ahead of schedule and under the designated budget.
