We are a growing family owned business, with Father, Mother, four sons and two daughters each playing a part in the business.

Our goal at Ashmore Homes Inc is to build you a quality home at or below fair market value.

We have been in the building business since the early 1980s and have been building in the Upstate since 1993.

Ashmore Homes Inc. received the 2005 Builder of Integrity Award in 2005 from Quality Builders Warranty Corporation.

We were recognized as one of the Top 10 Volume Builders in Spartanburg which was featured in Carolina Homes and Interiors magazine

We build in both upscale and moderately priced subdivisions and build for customers on their property as well.

WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER BUILDERS

At Ashmore Homes we deal with each customer on a personal level and try to meet or exceed their needs by adjusting where necessary.

We will build to suit on your land or ours (Some subdivisions have standard plans where we will not build to suit)

Our attention to detail with interior trim work,

We use 5 ¼ baseboard instead of the standard 3 ¼ baseboards.

Almost all houses get crown mouldings and chair railing.

Our standard lighting packages are others upgrades

Over the range microwaves are a standard feature with Ashmore Homes

We do a two color paint scheme, instead of painting the walls and trim both the same color.

All our garages are finished painted and have baseboard trim and come with a garage door opener.

Our landscaping package includes shrubs and sodded front yards with most of our homes.

On the exterior of our houses you will notice that we put overhangs on the gables and bird-box returns on the front.

Our customers have complimented us for promptly responding to their punch-list items.

Ashmore Homes provides a ten year home warranty by (Quality Builders Warranty) with all of our homes.
