Scope Of Work
The garage repairs scope of work performed at the Watergate at Landmark consisted of removal and replacement of all coating on all concrete walls, columns, and soffits as well as removal and replacement of the expansion joints. CP&R was also in charge of repairing all concrete slabs, including patching, cleaning, and priming as well as installation of new traffic bearing membrane and reapplication of parking space numbers and stripping to match original.
