Scope Of Work
This is an example of a well established relationship/partnership. We have done or are doing 15+ projects for Blue Fern and Teak.
These SFR's, Townhomes, Row houses, DADU, and other additions.
Project's include the demo of exiting building(s), tank removal, contaminated soil disposal, site shoring, excavation for footings and utilities, utility installations on site and in the ROW to include taps, and main extensions. We will backfill and grade out for the PPF(s). We are engaged from end to end.
