Scope Of Work
A 1940's Havana-style lobby bar in the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne. The sultry ambience was created using darks woods and vivid colors with palmetto ceiling fans. Latin music plays on weekends and they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Along with the Rum Bar, the Lobby and Grab N' Go areas were remodeled. The 5,270sf project had a 12-week construction schedule, and was completed while the hotel remained in operation.
