Scope Of Work
Coya is Peruvian inspired restaurant with contemporary twist located in the heart of the Brickell area in Miami. Coya features Incan inspired colors and accents with artwork capturing the culture and spirit of Latin America. The restaurant features a ceviche counter, Robata grill and a terrace oasis. Coya is 8,600sf and had a construction schedule of 22 weeks.
