Adena Grill is and upscale grill and wine bar with an elegantly modern, warm atmosphere. It is an inviting space with a casual modern vibe. The use of dark woods, rustic wood floors, specialty chandeliers with stone and glass accents has a warm inviting glow. Frankey's Sports Bar is a modern, state-of-art sports bar with an upscale twist on the traditional sports bar concept. Serviing gastro-style food, upbeat music, live bands and DJ performances. Guests can watch the horse races at Gulfstream Park or their favorite sports games. Dark tones, polished concrete floors and specialty lighting give this inviting space a sleek look. The 26,000sf project had a 19 week construction schedule.
