Scope Of Work

The design creates a contemporary office space as an adaptive reuse of a mid-century grocery store. The interior design is a hybrid open and closed office space with clear sight lines and open feeling. The idea of the interior space mimics the client’s goal for being transparent to the public that they serve. The project, located on a major urban street, uses organic materials such as brick and wood along with accents of fresh green to bring a natural freshness to the space. This idea of the ‘natural in the urban realm’ is continued on the exterior where the façade uses wood finished tiles.
