Scope Of Work
Love’s has been at the forefront of the convenience store and travel center industry for more than three decades. In 2004, Love’s decided that Apex was a great fit for its newest western expansion. By seeking LDA’s guidance, Love’s was able to finalize its development plans and open travel stop #340 on time and on budget. LDA acted as a liaison between Love’s corporate team and the various municipalities in Southern Nevada, including the Nevada Department of Environmental Protection, Southern Nevada Health District and the State Department of Transportation.
