Scope Of Work
Innovative has performed an extensive list work at this resort. lobby underwent a total overhaul including trenching concrete floor to run cable electrical to each custom-built check- pod. A vestibule was created to protect lobby from New England weather with a custom door. Since 2013 ICI has renovated 80 144 units with new paint, carpet electrical fixtures furniture.
