Scope Of Work
The McLeod Regional Medical Center Medical Office Building was constructed for McLeod Health in Florence, SC. The facility is approximately 60,000 sf distributed over three levels. The scope consists of the building core and shell, constructed of a steel frame, composite floors, metal stud framed exterior walls with rigid insulation and a brick/cast stone exterior veneer. There is also a radius curtain wall at the southwest side of the building as well as a glass canopy at the main entrance on the north elevation. There is a mechanical penthouse on the roof that houses the air handlers and the mechanical chiller which are concealed with framed walls coated in EIFS and architectural louvers.
