Scope Of Work
This seven-story, wood-frame apartment complex features five levels of luxury apartment units over two levels of parking.
The project, which encompasses 296 apartment units, features studio, one and two-bedroom units, as well as several deluxe, 2,600 sf units with large, private terraces and indoor and outdoor fireplaces. The complex sprawls across 2.3 acres adjacent to Carolinas Medical Center and along a segment of Little Sugar Creek Greenway.
