Scope Of Work

This six-phase interior renovation and expansion project transformed the hospital’s former ICU & CCU into operating suites featuring state-of-the-art equipment. Executing the intricate phasing plan was critical to the success of this project. The phasing plan allowed the new operating suites to be brought online prior to decommissioning former operating rooms. This was accomplished while ensuring patient safety and maintaining the capability to perform needed surgeries.
