The Residences at the Historic Alcoa Building in Pittsburgh are the result of a
collaborative historical rehab project. Fastrack converted an existing commercial
tower into apartments on the upper floors and commercial spaces on the lower
floors. This involved a large coordination effort as well as phasing for the project.
