During an elaborate rehab construction project, Fastrack worked together with the Kimpton Group to convert an existing commercial building into The Kimpton Monaco, a 4-star boutique hotel in Pittsburgh. We built a chic new hotel and restaurant while upholding the building’s historic exterior attributes.
