As we celebrate our 40th anniversary in 2016, our focus continues to be multifamily residential.  This challenging product type combines master planning, multi-discipline coordination and individual unit residential design.  Over the last 10-15 years, we have been fortunate to expand into mixed use, commercial/retail, hotel and office uses.  Throughout our firm's history, we have worked on a variety of affordable and low-income housing projects for specific user groups such as grandparents raising grandchildren, people in recovery, etc.  A more recent target market for WPI is assisted living, memory care and independent living projects for seniors - we have recently completed four such projects and have two on the boards this year.

WPI provides architectural design services from conceptual design through construction.

We have designed projects with a variety of architectural styles and we are able to adapt our design to be compatible within the context of each project.  Architecture is both career and opportunity - with opportunity comes a professional responsibility to our community to strive for excellence in design process and results.

WPI promotes an office culture of professionalism in all aspects for our project communication and production (stressing loyalty to our clients and to the firm) AND involvement in our communities – from professional involvement such as membership on a local government planning committee to personal involvement such as coaching a child’s sports team.
